::: Discographical Notes
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This discography is unofficial. I compiled all the information I`ve been able to find
about the
releases by Visage over the years.
While creating this discography I also used the following sources:
• Visage discographies from:
Joachim Rudolf (ww.moeggi.de)
Jones Warstad (home.tiscale.se/musicworld)
Graham Needham (www.cybernoise.freeserve.co.uk)
www.midgeure.com/homeland/visagedisc.htm
• Visage releases listed on www.discogs.com
• Items from various Internet on-line stores (db5.gemm.com, eil.com,
musicstack.com,
vinylvendors.com, etc.)
• Various web search tools (Google, etc.)
• Liner notes from Visage CD releases (for `Credits' information)
This file has been made not for any commercial reason, but for my interest in Visage. I
decided to
compile this discography using the aforementioned sources. I`d like to thank the compilers
of the
mentioned discographies for their permissions and inspiration (sort of) - your
work is great. Also
I`d like to thank Lazlo Nibble (www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs), because the format of
discography
he developed inspired me greatly.
All releases are listed by the date of release. I was compiling this file only for Visage
therefore
you won`t find any pre- and post-Visage or solo releases by band members, only items with
«Visage»
logo on it. This discography lists commercially released items only. Bootleg and
counterfeit items
are not included at all (I wonder if there were any - if you know, e-mail me).
Of course, there must be some gaps in this discography though I tried to avoid or fill
them. If you
find any and if you want to let me know about it or even provide the information to fill
in such
gap(s), or provide the information that is absent from this discography but has to be
here, please
e-mail me with any corrections, additions, suggestions and (or) opinions to:
80`s Discogs (fadingeuropeans@mail.ru)
